In order to add more smiley icons in Microsoft Office Communicator, click the Settings icon, check the Show emoticons in instant messages box and then press Apply. There is no other way to add more emoticons to Microsoft Office Communicator. If you want, you can add text based emoticons. You can use Google search engine to find lists with this type of smiley icons.
